Lizi Gagnidze

My name is Lizi Gagnidze, and I am a 22-year-old personal fitness instructor currently working at the Saburtalo branch of Aspria Fitness. I have been active in the field of fitness since 2018, gaining practical experience and continuing to develop my skills to this day. I graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a degree in Social and Political Sciences, majoring in politics. My journey into fitness began three years ago when I decided to fully dedicate my career to this field. I completed a fitness instructor training course at Snap Academy, where I gained both theoretical knowledge and practical skills over a period of three months. After finishing the course, I participated in an internship at various branches of Snap Fitness, which helped me acquire additional practical experience. In February 2022, I started working as a fitness instructor at the Vake Swimming Pool, and since February 2023, I have been actively working at Aspria Fitness. In addition to my fitness expertise, I also speak English fluently.
