I am Ilia Menteshashvili, 21 years old. I have been in fitness for 8 years and have been a certified personal trainer for 4 years. Sports played a big role in my life since childhood, especially football. Due to minor injuries, I was forced to give up football and started training in the gym, this is where my career begins. For the last few years, I have been engaged in bodybuilding, I am the twice champion of Georgia in the men's physique category, the world finalist, and the vice-champion of Europe. My motivation and goal is to get as many people as possible
